It has 6 friction pressing machine production lines, and the annual production capacity is of 5000 tons of mould fasteners and various forging parts of less than 30 kg. The 70% products are export to worldwide such as Europe, U.S.A., Japan and Africa. The type is including Germany DIN, British BS, America ANSI/ASME, Japan JIS and National GB. The grade of product is 4.6, 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9. Our tire fasteners can reach the precision grade AOL 2.5. And we can also make different heat treatment and surface treatment according to customers' requirements.

There are more than 300 workers including many engineers who have taken part in the mechanical production for a very long time. We have found a whole set of strict quality inspection system to control the quality, the inspection equipments include magnetic force crack inspection machine, metallography analyse equipment and so on.
